BUILDING

CLEANROOM DESIGN..

A cleanroom design is a combination of optimal air technology and a sanitary working environment. In a HIGHCARE cleanroom, air flushes clean three-dimensionally, the interior finish can be cleaned flawlessly and all materials are inert. The quality requirements for the indoor environment are reliable and reproducible 24/7. Due to its large glass wall elements, a HIGHCARE makes for a pleasant workplace. The metal wall and ceiling segments are completely in sync forming a unique collaboration. All MATERIALS in a HIGHCARE are selected for use in low-dust sterile environments. The HIGHCARE wall and ceiling segments are easily interchangeable. Flammable products such as PIR, PUR or PS are not used. All materials are suitable for sterile environments such as those that are ISO, GMP-EMA and FSSC 20000 certified. The design is continuously optimised and compared to the latest international insights. Production takes place in-house. Validation and certification is done by independent accredited parties. The cleanrooms are delivered ready for use, including the internationally recognised ISO certificate.

IFD SYSTEM

HIGHCARE Cleanrooms builds according to the IFD system. This is a modern building technology that guarantees industrial quality with rooms that can be disassembled and relocated. In addition, these rooms can easily and quickly be expanded with the same materials and colours. Choosing this cleanroom design provides the assurance of a high rating through flush and sanitary finishes. The inert metal walls and ceilings are durable in use with a high economic lifetime. The walls and ceilings can be (dis)assembled; even after ten years you can move light fittings, windows and sliding doors without the risk of breaking them.

AIRFLOW TECHNOLOGY

The ingenious air flow is one of the characteristics of the cleanroom. Using a unique technology, purified air is blown in via the ceiling and extracted at skirting board level. The cleanrooms are flush and sanitary, washing the rooms with filtered air, as it were. The metal cleanrooms do not attract dust and are easy to clean. A sound technical installation guarantees a continuous flow of filtered air. Commonly used classifications are ISO 6 or lower. HIGHCARE Cleanrooms ensures a punctual realisation in the shortest possible construction period.
