Cleanroom ISO

A HIGHCARE Cleanroom is flush, sanitary and inert, where a UVC unit in the air treatment provides protection against micro-organisms such as viruses. The modular walls and ceilings are composed of metal with high glass segments. Flammable products such as PIR, PUR or PS are not used. Classification takes place according to ISO 14644. Cleanroom classifications that are often used internationally are ISO 8, 7, 6 and 5. (Grade 4 to 2)

CLEANROOM ISO CLASS 8 OR HIGHER

In a HIGHCARE cleanroom a unique airflow cleans the space three-dimensionally. Using an ingenious technology, large quantities of purified air are blown in draught-free via the ceiling and then extracted at skirting board level. A HIGHCARE cleanroom is flush and sanitary and “washes” the space with air, as it were. Furthermore, it is composed of specially selected cleanroom materials that are easy to clean. A sound technical installation guarantees a continuous flow of conditioned air. In addition, you determine the desired standard and classification according to ISO 14644.

BOX-IN-BOX AND STAND-ALONE

A Highcare cleanroom is a box-in-box stand-alone system which is set up under a free-standing moveable intermediate floor on which the technical installation will be placed. We prefer to keep contaminating equipment out of the cleanroom. This easy to (dis)assemble box-in-box system makes it possible to carry out repairs or adjustments locally without interrupting the production process. Modifications are easy to carry out thanks to the simple click-and-click system, possibly by your own staff and therefore at a relatively low cost. The system consists of durable inert materials. The complete cleanroom, including the intermediate floor, can be disassembled, moved and easily reassembled.
